Help if you have frostwire?

i usually get music thru frostwire,it hasnt been workin lately though, it says its blocked by a firewall,i unblock and still, i cant get it running the way it used to run,anybody knows you can help me,i also just downloaded ares,didnt work for me either,any help out there thanks
