I need to know if you guys think I would have a case against a hospital/ doctor that treated me poorly?

whoa! im speechless really and im sorry to hear about your experience not only with the doc but with the previous miscarriage, yes you definitely have a case against her and you should definitely go ahead with it, if they could not find another doc that could have helped you then they should have informed you of this and given you the option to get medical care elsewhere or at least ask you if you would consider being treated by her once again, wow I'd like to say that im shocked but im not and that's truly sad No One deserves to be treated like this, it reminded me of a story my mom told me about how when she was having me the doc who was helping her deliver me told her "yeah I bet you weren't crying when you were getting it on huh?" but my mom being young and naive didn't do anything about it...In my opinion you definitely have a case, but now your burden is to Prove everything you can and have as much evidence as possible, I really hope you take this person down they dont deserve to have a doc license. best of luck and be strong, think about the fact that she could put someone else through that kind of torment if you don't help put an end to it.
