How much do i have to pay for shipping if i use a small flat rate box and also have fragile items?

I am homeschooling and i am out of state, and i didnt know that i had a lab due.My lab kit is still at home, and i want to know how fast it it will ship if use a small flat rate box, but it is fragile and has some flammable chemicals in it too. I need the gl test tubes and i need hydrochloric acid,pepsin,sodium bicarbonate, and some other dangerous chemicals. so my question is how much will it be and how long will it take for it to come from Atlanta,GA to Ohio
