that means that there were 3 more cards that has been played that were of low value (2-6: +1 to the running count) compared to high values (10-A: -1 to the running count). if you go through an entire deck counting the value, it will be 0. there's a higher chance for u to get a high card than a low card value on the next card. this is just a maybe, unless there's only 3 cards left to play, then its a high value no matter what.
