Electoral College . ?

What do you think about the electoral college. ? I don't like it at all because a candidate can win the popular vote but win the election because of winning larger states. The larger states have too much power. I would like it much better if people could win a percent of hte votes. Like if candidate A has 42% popularity in a state and candidate B has 58% popularity in a state then each candidate should get a percentage of the overall votes. How do you guys feel about this. ?
