Has anyone tried to use Halon 1301 gas to put out the fire in Japan's nuclear facilities?

Halon gas was discontinued in 1994 but is still available to put out fires on aircraft. It only takes a small amount to disrupt the buring process of many materials. There is a limited supply, so all available halon would be needed to help cool down the uranium isotope. The effects may not last very long, but may give a short window to access what will be needed to contain any further meltdown from the nuclear reactors on fire. After dropping a halon bomb on the site's, be ready to insert piping that can withstand extremely high heat that can pump sea water into the area's that are infected with radiation for cooling purposes. lyeaman@yahoo.com
