I'm 15 and a sopre in high school in Hollywood, Florida trying everyday to get a job. Any ideas?

I'm in all honors cles, athletics, mentoring, etc. I'm hard working, outgoing, friendly, fast learner. I have my permit, but since I'm not 16 i don't have my license yet, and as a result, no one will call me back about an application. Any suggestions, where age won't quite matter? Or anyone who has an opportunity for me and is willing to give me a chance please let me know. Thank you :)
