Is it very unhealthy drink a bottle of NOS [energy drink] daily?

You got to stop the energy drinks! They have a really bad effect on your body and overtime can do great damage. They can even stop the heart. What I recommend is to get into an activity or sport. This will tire you some, but the work out will give you more energy and cause you to sleep better at night. Also, take a look at your diet. What you eat can have a great effect on you too. Decrease the amount of sugary, man-made snacks and replace them with healthier, natural things like granola bars, fruit, veggies, and stuff like that. You can also look up healthy foods online. But if you do that, the food will give you a natural energy unlike the energy drinks and will help you a great deal. Hope this helps!
