Name of family guy episode?

Does anybody know the name of the episode where there is a flashback of a bunch of judges where one judge is being hazed? He walks through cones with a cherry in his cheeks then drops it into his cup and drinks it. I do not remember anything that happens in the episode, but I'd like to know the name of it. Thanks!
