What Level of Horseback Rider am i ?

I'd definately say you're still a novice/beginner. Becoming an advanced horseman/woman takes a long time to accomplish. Most riders who are middle-level, or intermediate, can walk, trot, canter/lope, and perform all the basic tasks such as tacking up and caring for horses on their own. Younger or less experienced horsepeople still require supervision.
