this winter i want to start doing boxing or kickboxing. i really am good at punching and i am not that bad at kicking. i would normally do KB but i watched some of the mike tyson matches and som KB matches and in boxing people punch repetadly and hard in KB they kick or punch, wait for 5 seconds then strike again. does it depend on the fighter or is it normal? which 1 is more effective in the streets? i am 13 with good arms, legs and 2 of my abs r visible. any ideas?
