Where is a good place in Bangkok to buy Women's clothes?

My wife will need a dress/skirt shoes etc. for a appointment at the US Emby for a Visa. We won't have time for a tailor and were not looking for something cheap. Something a fashionable working woman might wear even if it were 8-10k baht (especially if they would provide advice on proper clothes for her interview). I say this because she has clothes that would be appropriate but she won't listen to me giving her advice on dressing. I know about Paragon and Central World and Emporium what I am hoping is someone knows a store that dresses middle or upper cl ladies. Thanks
